Delete your account

You can delete your Jidriya account and personal data at any time, right in the app or by asking us.

In the app (fastest)

  1. 1Open the Jidriya app and sign in.
  2. 2Go to the Account tab.
  3. 3Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”.
  4. 4Review what's deleted and what stays, then confirm.

Deleting your account doesn't refund payments; refunds are requested from the App Store or Google Play.

What's deleted

  • Your personal data: name, email, photo, bio and country.
  • Your library and bought recipes, permanently, even if you sign up again.
  • Your preferences, favourites, follows and cooking progress.
  • If you use Sign in with Apple, we revoke that link.

What stays

  • Purchase records without anything identifying you, for as long as accounting law requires.
  • Your reviews stay visible as “Deleted user”.
  • For chefs: your recipes stop selling at once, buyers keep access, and we pay out your due balance.

Can't open the app? Request deletion here

Enter the email linked to your account. We'll email you to confirm you own it, then delete it within 30 days and let you know.

We only use your details to reply to you.
